This is a pretty interesting bike that we recently got in. It is a Cuevas mixte frame with full Campy Nuovo Record components, except for the head set, which is Stronglight. The other cool thing is there are a few after market alloy parts for the Campy components, maybe Cobra, but I have not investigated too thoroughly yet. Alloy pedal spindles, alloy rear derailleur pivots, alloy stem bolt and wedge, and alloy seat binder bolt Also, cool flat QR Campagnolo brake calipers. i am not sure if Mr.Cuevas built this bike, or his son after he retired. I have to do some research. Anyway enjoy the couple of photos! Aftermarket alloy parts likely from Arnold Industries in Mpls. MN. Yes, they made alloy spindles for Campy pedals, as well as derailleur bolts, etc. LikeLike Reply
