Coatesville, PA to have the first indoor Velodrome on the East Coast. Well, they are talking about it again. It would be a great way to get more people into track racing, and get some of these Fixies off the street and to good use. They have proposed it a couple times, maybe this time it will stick.
Like I have always said- “you have to put it out there, for them to put it in there.” Never seemed more appropriate.
