Philly- South street bridge to reopen for bikes first! (Nov. 6th)
The South Street Bridge is reopening Nov. 6th, 2010, and it's accessible to bikes and pedestrians BEFORE cars! It opens to bikes at 2pm, and cars at 3pm.More information here-South Street Bridge Project
