This "Flying Gate" type frameset was seen for sale at a recent bicycle swap meet. The owner didn't know the marque but believed it was from the 1950s. I am starting to sort out of the forks we have to offer. (well I put most of the nice ones together). Some forks in the lineup include a Bates Diadrant, Colnago 1970s pista, a couple British headclip forks, Zeus, Raleigh Professional, etc.
Brooks 1940s leather bag
J.B. Brooks & Co leather bag. stamped 1943. Interesting that it was made during wartime, I wonder what the production level was like at this time. very cool find here at the shop today, I wonder what bike we are going to couple it with. Straps to the toptube and opens out.
